Commercial License Agreement
By purchasing or downloading this digital product, you agree to the following terms:
Commercial License. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to manufacture, use, and sell physical products created from this digital file while your commercial license or subscription remains active and in good standing.
No Redistribution. You may not sell, share, distribute, sublicense, gift, publish, or otherwise make the digital files available to any other person or entity.
No Ownership Transfer. Purchase of this digital product grants only a license to use the files. No ownership of the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, patent rights, or any other proprietary rights is transferred.
Subscription Term. Commercial manufacturing rights remain valid only while your commercial license or subscription is active. If your subscription expires, is canceled, or is terminated, your right to manufacture new products from these digital files immediately ends.
Existing Inventory. Physical products manufactured during a valid commercial license or subscription may continue to be sold after the license or subscription ends. However, no additional products may be manufactured from the digital files unless a new commercial license or active subscription is obtained.
Termination. Any violation of this agreement immediately terminates your license. Upon termination, all rights granted under this agreement cease, and any further manufacture of products from these digital files is prohibited.
By selecting “I Agree”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Commercial License Agreement.
Most IMPORTANT PART:
The words “Influencer Handle Patent Pending“ must remain clearly visible on every product manufactured from these digital files. This notice may not be removed, obscured, modified, altered, covered, or relocated in any way.
