At The Influencer Handle, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy below.
Physical Products
The physical Influencer Handle may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, provided that:
The product has not been modified, painted, decorated, engraved, or otherwise altered in any way.
The product is returned in good condition with all original components and accessories.
Products that have been customized or modified in any way are not eligible for a refund.
If your Influencer Handle arrives with a manufacturer defect or develops a defect due to workmanship or materials, please contact us as soon as possible. Defective products will be evaluated and, if confirmed to have a manufacturer defect, may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital assets are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or access has been provided, no refunds will be issued.
Subscription Services
Subscription fees that have already been billed are non-refundable, including for any previous subscription month or partial billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges. Subscription cancellation can be completed by using the subscription toggle button located on the My Account page. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period, and no additional future subscription charges will be incurred unless you choose to subscribe again.
